We offer shipping nationwide via courier at R70. These packages may take 3-5 working days depending on the availability of stock. If the product you require is out of stock you can contact us at email@example.com to enquire about a certain product and we will let you know in a few days when this product will be available. Please allow 2-3 weeks manufacturing time should your product not be available. As all deliveries are dependent on the courier company we cannot guarantee a specific delivery day or time. We will send you your tracking number via email which you can use to track your package. Please make sure to provide all information for delivery (full name, exact delivery address, postal code, email address and contact number). For any international shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We at Leefi want you to be happy with your Leefi product and therefore will do our very best to accommodate a return, repair or refund provided that;
- You log the complaint within 7 days of purchase
- Product must be in original packaging
- Is unused and undamaged
- All goods returned will be inspected to confirm that damages did not occur from misuse, accidents, any alterations or repairs not done by Leefi Haute Design, or any dye or colourant
- Courier cost for your own account
- Leefi Haute Design reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of any of the abovementioned.
We offer standard warranty of 6 months from date of purchase. Warranty excludes any damages as stated in the RETURNS section above. Should your product be defective we will upon inspection;
- Repair the identified problem or
- Exchange the product
- Leefi Haute Design reserves the right to, upon inspection of the product, decide if the product should be repaired or replaced.
